Complaints about the current service
If atlas does not meet its agreed features, contact BOXLET s.r.o. using the published contacts. Describe the service, defect, when it appeared, a reply contact and the remedy you seek. You do not have to identify the technical cause. We will confirm receipt and outcome of the complaint.
For an ongoing digital service, the provider is responsible for statutory conformity requirements throughout provision. We will remedy defects within a reasonable time and without unnecessary inconvenience according to the service's nature. If a defect cannot be remedied under statutory conditions, you may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or withdrawal. Calling a service a pilot or warning about AI inaccuracies does not remove mandatory provider obligations.
Withdrawal and ending use
You may end the pilot free of charge at any time and delete your atlas profile and content in data management. If, as a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, these terms do not restrict it; it can apply to some digital services supplied without money payment. Use, acceptance of terms or AI permission alone does not automatically waive that right.
Before ordering any future paid ongoing subscription, the supply of the service must be distinguished from any one-off digital content. An express request for early service commencement does not itself cancel withdrawal rights for the entire ongoing subscription. Any proportionate charge or statutory exception applies only when its requirements are met. The current pilot collects no payments.
